  • What if my stock is faulty or I'm not happy?

    Don’t worry babe!

    Any issues within 30 days of purchasing product we will replace or offer a alternative - just contact us and return product & we will swop it out for you!

  • I purchased a course and I can't see it - How do I log in?

    Click the LOGIN button on the right hand side of your screen - a pop up will ask you to log in. All the courses you have purchased will pop up on the right as a drop down.

  • I want to purchase the Uv led lamp, but i'm nervous?

    That’s okay, we invite anyone who wants to make the switch - to come on in the salon for a trial. DM us on our socials or send us a email TODAY to book with Becca to run through it so your 100% confident, before investing in the UV lamp

  • When can I pick up my order?

    If you are a LOCAL to Redbank Plains - we can pack your order and have it ready 7 days. For URGENT/LATE/EARLY orders we do offer local drop offs if you need stock last minute.

    For orders that are shipped, they are packed same day and posted same day, or early the following - depending on when order is placed

  • What payment options do you currently offer?

    We currently only offer AFTERPAY - due to our website provider not supporting ZIPPAY or Klarna. Sadly we didn’t realise this till after website was built.

    One of the best perks with us, is we simplify the process to completing your course and offer ongoing mentorship, FREE!

    This means - when you choose us to complete your courses we make it as smooth as possible and want you confident in the industry forever!
